This might be a simple black and white dress at first glance, but the little details are what set this apart from the pack of tie neck secretary dresses. My personal favorite part is the fringe on the end of the neck tie. Oh, and the fact that the polka dots are square...and that same polka dot pattern is on the inside of the white french cuffs. Plus check out that unusual and unexpected button on the cuffs! It's the little things that make a piece like this so special...
