Condition: There are two tears in the lining that have been mended (see last photo for example), but they aren't visible from the outside. Otherwise excellent vintage condition.

Measurements taken flat while buttoned up and doubled where needed:

Shoulder: 15.5"
Sleeve: 21"
Length: 23.5"
